Erasing Those Lawn 'Dead Spots'

Mar. 2nd, 2015 by W Scott McAdam

It's March, which at least sounds so much warmer than February, even if the weather is still behaving very much like winter will never end. And as our thoughts move toward spring & summer, our president, Scott McAdam, addresses a lawn care question:

Q: What are some easy maintenance practices to avoid dead spots on my lawn?

A: If someone is experiencing dead spots, we initially examine what is causing them. Is it a dog? A disease? Properly identifying the cause is first and foremost, and then it’s a matter of adjusting the management practices to address those conditions.
