Rick Repenning- Commercial Maintenance Accounts Manager
Rick joined McAdam Landscaping in 2003 to manage the McAdam Nursery and Garden Center. Due to his leadership, the garden center
was a huge success in its first year in the community. He comes to McAdam Landscaping with 26 years of experience in the
plant/nursery industry, having worked in greenhouse production, nursery production, landscape construction management;
re-wholesale nursery sales, garden center management and commercial landscape maintenance sales and service. He is certified by
the International Society of Arboriculture, Illinois Arborist Association, and is an Illinois Certified Nurseryman. His broad
experience, outgoing personality, education in Botany; and schooling for his certifications make him highly qualified to
manage large commercial and residential maintenance accounts. He is a recognized expert on questions or problems related to
plant materials and cultural practices. Not surprisingly, Rick created his own rooftop garden and won top honors in Mayor
Daley’s Landscape Awards Program, rooftop garden category for three years running.
