Daniel R. Polito - Equipment and Labor Manager
Dan brings a rich background of experience in industrial machining, machine building, design and most recently, design drafting
of large antenna structures for a major corporation. His experience has uniquely equipped him for his current role at McAdam. As
Equipment and Labor Manager he sees to it that the power landscaping machinery, used to serve our customers, is available when
needed and is working at maximum efficiency. He also monitors labor costs and seeks to identify ways to provide the same or
better service while reducing the time required to accomplish each job, with the aim of giving our customers maximum value.
